2-Day Kheerganga Trek Itinerary
Your trek begins with an assembly in Kasol, from where we drive to Barshaini, the starting point. The 12 km trail is a gradual ascent through the scenic Parvati Valley. You'll pass charming villages and the famous Rudra-Nag waterfall. Upon reaching Kheerganga in the evening, check into your campsite. The highlight is a relaxing dip in the natural hot springs. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in camps under a starlit sky.
Wake up to a glorious sunrise over the Himalayas. You can take another dip in the hot springs to refresh yourself. After a hearty breakfast at the campsite, begin your descent back to Barshaini. The journey downhill is faster. From Barshaini, we will drive you back to Kasol, where the trek concludes with unforgettable memories.

The best time to undertake the Kheerganga trek is from March to June and then from September to November. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the trails are generally clear of snow.
The Kheerganga trek is considered easy to moderate, making it suitable for beginners with a decent level of fitness and stamina. The 12 km trail is a gradual ascent with some steep sections.
The accommodation provided at the Kheerganga summit is in basic alpine tents or camps on a sharing basis. Sleeping bags and/or blankets are provided to ensure a comfortable night's stay.
