7-Day Magical Ladakh Itinerary
Upon arrival at Leh airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. The first day is crucial for acclimatization to the high altitude (11,500 ft). Rest completely, stay hydrated, and avoid exertion. In the evening, you can take a gentle stroll through Leh market. Overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast, explore Leh's local attractions. Visit the Shanti Stupa for panoramic city views, see the historic Leh Palace, and explore the monasteries of Shey, Thiksey, and Hemis. These sites offer a deep dive into the region's Buddhist culture and history. Return to your hotel in the evening.
Today, drive to the enchanting Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the world's highest motorable roads. After checking into your camp/hotel in Hunder, visit the Diskit Monastery and see the famous double-humped Bactrian camels on the sand dunes. Enjoy a unique desert experience in the mountains. Overnight in Nubra.
After breakfast, drive to the spectacular Pangong Lake via the Shyok River route. This high-altitude saltwater lake, located at 14,270 ft, is famous for its stunning, crystal-clear blue water that changes color throughout the day. Check into your lakeside camp and spend the evening soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Overnight at Pangong.
Wake up to a mesmerizing sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh, this time crossing another high pass, Chang La (17,590 ft). Arrive in Leh by evening and check into your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
On your last full day, explore the sights around Leh. Witness the gravity-defying phenomenon of Magnetic Hill, see the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam, and visit the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and the Hall of Fame museum. Spend your final evening shopping for souvenirs in Leh market.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Leh airport for your flight back home, carrying with you incredible memories of your magical Ladakh adventure.

FAQs for Your Ladakh Trip
Acclimatization is key. On your first day in Leh, it's crucial to rest completely, drink plenty of water, and avoid alcohol and heavy meals. You can also consult a doctor about preventive medication for Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) before your trip.
Yes, the necessary Inner Line Permits (ILP) required for Indian citizens to visit protected areas like Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake are included in our package cost. We handle all the paperwork for a hassle-free experience.
Layering is the best approach. Pack thermal wear, fleece jackets, a warm windproof jacket, woolen socks, a cap, and gloves. The weather can change quickly, so it's important to have warm layers even in summer. Also, don't forget sunglasses and a good sunscreen.
Only postpaid connections from other states work in Ladakh. BSNL, Airtel, and Jio have the best connectivity in and around Leh. Network coverage can be patchy to non-existent in remote areas like Nubra and Pangong.
