Today morning after fresh up proceed to day excursion visiting to “Kufri” India’s one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter, via green valley, wild flower hall, Indira holiday home and fagu. (green valley, wild flower hall, Kufri, Indira tourist park, mini zoo, fagu valley) evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “the mall & the ridge” this large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla’s landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali On the way to Manali, Sunder Nagar Lake, take a halt at Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple, thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), Reach Manali & check into the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Today Morning After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi temple (this temple constructed in 1553 a.d is dedicated to Himachal’s most significant deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishno, etc.), Vashisht hot springs (dedicated to Vashisht Muni& well known for its hot curable water and religious), Tibetans monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the mall road & ibex market of Manali, overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive to after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be on subject to availability of permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

After breakfast at hotel proceed for full day sightseeing tour in Dalhousie. Drive to Khajjiar, on the way visit Panchpula, and then drive to Khajjiar full day excursion. Evening visit mall road, dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Satdhara Falls located on the way to Panchpula is one of the most popular sightseeing attractions of Dalhousie. Satdhara is a mixture of seven streams believed to have healing properties flow. This Lovely spot has acquired its name from the seven gorgeous springs.

 Jandri Ghat:

 Jandri Ghat is a home of beautiful heritage palace (The Residence of Governor of Chamba) wrapped in soothing greenery, Jandri Ghat is a real eye-catching spot to everyone. This place covered by the pine and deodar trees. It is also famous for picnic spots for the locals and tourist alike.

 St. Andrew’s Church:

St. Andrew’s Church located at a distance of approximately one and half kilometre from the main bus stand of the Dalhousie is a popular tourist destination. For nature lovers it is one of the ideal locations as the entire church is surrounded by natural beauty that can be enjoyed.                               

 Punchpula:

 Punchpula is a nice picnic spot near Dalhousie town and its around 3.5 km from Gandhi Chawk it is nice place to spend some time in evening. There are some waterfalls, water streams which is must go place.

 Khajjiar:

Khajjiar is a popular hill station about 26 km from Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh. Khajjiar is also known as “Mini Switzerland or Gulmarg of Himachal Pradesh.” One of the 160 places in the world that bear tropical resemblance to Switzerland, Dalhousie and Kala top Wildlife Sanctuary among others.  Indeed, trekking is the best way to explore Khajjiar. Zorbing, which involves rolling downhill from inside a plastic Zorbing, is a popular recreational activity during April and May. With its exotic flora and fauna, the Kala top Wildlife Sanctuary is a delight for nature lovers and wildlife photographers

3. Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
4. In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
5. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
6. Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
7. Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

1. 35% of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
2. We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
3. Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non-refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
4. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
5. Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

1. There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.
2. In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
3. Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No-Show scenarios.
4. Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
5. In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)
6. The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
7. Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.
8. Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

1. In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.
2. The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preopening second time will attract additional charges.
3. Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
4. In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
5. We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
6. The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
7. The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking, you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
8. Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
9. Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
